I retired after 32 years of public service with California State Parks, with the majority of time spent as the Chief of Administrative Services for the Frontera/San Diego Coast Districts. I have extensive experience in environmental coordination and accessibility. The values fostered at State Parks (loyalty, integrety, fairness, fiduciary responsibilty, follow-through, and a strong commitment to personal service, the environment and community, for a few) are ingrained into my personality. After relocating to Prescott, I chose a career in Real Estate as the means to continue to offer outstanding service to current and future Prescott Area citizens. Over the past few years, I've helped many people accomplish successful real estate transactions, and found that being a Realtor is one of the most enjoyable professions around. My husband Neal and I moved here from the San Diego area a few years ago, and greatly enjoy living and working in the Prescott area. We have 5 grown children, 20 grandchildren, and are blessed with 13 great-grandchildren. Quilting and knitting are my best-loved hobbies, and I steal time to do them as often as I can. Neal and I enjoy the theatre and go to many of the top-notch productions that the area offers. When Neal isn't working on a household project he enjoys fishing and scoping out the swap-meet with his friends.

Hi, my name is Rita Sedevie. I've been a full time Realtor with West USA Realty of Prescott since 2001. I have also been a resident of the area for 20 years with lots of personal and professional experience in the purchase and sale of Arizona properties. I moved to the Prescott area 20 years ago from a cattle and sheep ranch and grain farm in North Dakota. My father had been the local Blacksmith. Prior to Real Estate, my background and education are in accounting and business. I have owned my own painting business, and most recently owned a local furniture and antique store. Our family loves the area and especially enjoys the mild year round temperatures. I am thrilled to be in a profession that gives me the opportunity to welcome newcomers to the community, and help them find the right home. Give me a call!

I was born in this wonderful Town of Prescott in the historic district, and have the handle of "The Home Town Girl". I was raised in Arizona, and my family has strong ties to it's history. My uncle was a State Senator, and my Grandfather was a Judge and a U.S. Marshall in Prescott. I harbor a great love of people, children, animals, the community, and my Church. I have 3 children, 15 grandchildren, and 4 great-grandchildren, a slew of "adopted" kids, and three delightful dogs (2 English Spanials and a Toy Poodle). I enjoy crafts, sewing, fishing, attending our many, many comminity events, volunteering, and playing with my pets. I love showing clients that the Prescott Area is a great place to live, and how the towns' historical past reflects in our current way of life. Showing buyers the different styles of homes in our distinctive communities is part of my special pleasure. I'd enjoy working with you!
